Although we will try our utmost to exceed the deadlines below we can only guarantee December 23rd delivery with the following dates and times. Customers who have special deadlines etc. please EMAIL us (no calls please) your zip code and a list of what you'd like to order if you'd like customized dates for your address.     How soon will my order ship?

    Our products have different order processing times. Please see each item for more details about shipping for that item. All estimates on our item pages are in business days. Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays are not business days. Orders placed before 2 P.M. Eastern time are considered placed on that business day. Orders after this deadline are considered placed on the next business day.

    Example 1: An order is placed at 1:55 P.M. Eastern on Monday. The item says it usually ships in 2-3 business days. You can expect this item to ship on Wednesday or Thursday.

    Example 2: An order is placed at 2:05 P.M. Eastern on Monday. The item says it usually ships in 2-3 business days. You can expect this item to ship on Thursday or Friday.

    If you choose an expedited form of shipping this does not influence how quickly the order is processed. It only indicates the shipping speed once it leaves our facility.

    Example 3: An order is placed at 1:55 P.M. Eastern on Monday. You selected to ship the item with Fastest shipping. The item says it usually ships in 2-3 business days. You can expect this item to ship on Wednesday or Thursday and deliver on Thursday or Friday.

    If you buy multiple items at once that have different order processing times you can expect your entire purchase to ship according to the longest processing time amongst the items.

    Example 4: An order with 2 items is placed at 1:55 P.M. Eastern on Monday. One item says it usually ships in 1-2 business days. The other item says it usually ships in 2-3 business days. You can expect this order to ship on Wednesday or Thursday.

    We may at our own discretion split multiple item orders into separate shipments based on our own internal factors. If you would like to ensure that a particular item with a shorter order processing time is shipped without waiting for other items, please place separate orders for the items.

    How do you ship your packages?

    We ship our orders via either USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on our own internal factors. Packages shipped by us will have these attributes:
    • We will only ship to street addresses. No P.O. boxes.
    • We will provide you with a shipment tracking number via EMAIL as soon as it is available. Prior to completing your order we recommend adding sales@expertmartialartssupply.com to the address book of your email to minimize the possibility that communications from us are accidentally sorted into junk mail folders.     • Whenever possible we ship using reused boxes. In all such cases we only use clean packaging because protecting your purchase is important to us. To many retailers this choice would be considered "crazy". Building brand identity is very important to most retailers. What is important to us is taking care of our customers, and keeping their costs low. We strongly adhere to the concept of mottainai! Not only is this philosophy a better use of natural resources (Green), it helps save everyone money too (Green)!

    What is your return policy?

    Return Policy: (Effective November/1/2016)

    Goods will not be accepted beyond 30 days after delivery; therefore, your return must be received by us at our address within 30 calendar days of the date it was delivered to you. If your return cannot be accepted, the item(s) will only be shipped back to you at your expense. Holiday exception: Items purchased between November 24, 2017 and before 2 P.M. Eastern Time on Mon December 25, 2017, may be returned until January 15, 2018.

    • 1-14 days after delivery:

      Step 1: Make sure the item(s) you wish to return meet the following criteria:
      • We are happy to accept individual pieces from our sparring gear sets. There is no need to return an entire set. You can find all the pieces of our sets listed separately on our website.

      • Uniforms must be returned with all of the pieces of the original set.

      • New merchandise (not washed, worn, altered or soiled, and with original packaging) that is suitable for resale, may be returned for a refund between 1-14 days after delivery; therefore, your return must be received by us at our address within 14 calendar days of the date it was delivered to you. If your return cannot be accepted the item(s) will only be shipped back to you at your expense.

      • Original packaging must be returned intact, and if the item came in a cardboard box inside the shipping box, the cardboard box must be covered and kept in new condition. Marking, tearing, or putting labels on or otherwise damaging or allowing damage to occur to the original packaging may result in repackaging fees or forfeiture of refund or replacement for that item. If your return cannot be accepted the item(s) will only be shipped back to you at your expense.

      • Returning foam sparring equipment to us in boxes that are too small will cause the equipment to become permanently wrinkled during transit. If foam equipment is returned wrinkled and it cannot be accepted the item(s) will only be shipped back to you at your expense. Velcro straps tightly binding the sparring equipment may also cause it to become permanently wrinkled, so please leave the straps unattached.

      • The following items are not returnable:
        • Products without an RMA#
        • Custom Items (For example engraved items)
        • Opened DVDs, Videotapes, or CDs
        • Undergarments
        • Compression Shorts
        • Opened Mouthguards
        • Clearance Items
        • Merchandise that has be worn (tried on for size is okay)

    What is your exchange policy?

    Goods will not be exchanged beyond 14 days after delivery; therefore, your exchange must be received by us at our address within 14 calendar days of the date it was delivered to you. If your exchange cannot be accepted, the item(s) will be treated as a return or shipped back to you at your expense. Holiday exception: Items purchased between November 24, 2017 and before 2 P.M. Eastern Time on Monday December 25, 2017, may be returned for exchange until January 15, 2017.

    Our Standard Exchange Procedure will typically take 2-3 weeks for your replacements to begin shipping to you. Some of our customers are looking for an even faster way to exchange.
